The thickness of the prefabricated house exterior wall is 10 cm. The wall panels comprise 8 cm thick polystyrene with a density of 16 kg/m3,the roof 10 cm thick mineral wool, so it provides much greater heat and sound insulation than a conventional reinforced concrete building.

How to Buy a Prefabricated House Step by Step?
Step 1 – Selection

By visiting our model house, you can decide on the house you want from our models.
Step 3 – Contract
We will conclude a contract with clearly agreed terms, conditions and final price.
Step 4 – Payment
Payment terms are 80% at the conclusion of the contract, 20% upon completion of the construction.
Step 5 – Project
You will take the prefabricated house project to the architectural firm associated with the place where you will have it built.
Step 6 – Building Authority
The architectural firm will convert your project into a license file and submit it to the building authority.
Step 7 – Foundation Slab
After approval, you can start laying the foundation slab according to the project.
Step 8 – Delivery
We will then deliver the house to the site and arrange a date for the construction with the installation team.
Step 9 – Construction
The building installation is up to our team.
Step 10 – Floors
It is up to the customer to finish the floors (parquet, tiles, PVC, etc.).
Step 11 – Finishing
Then you will call us, and we will carry out our painting and silicone sealant work and leave the house.
