EXTERIOR WALL THICKNESS: 10 cm
The 10 cm-thick external walls are designed to provide basic thermal protection while maintaining the lightweight construction typical of prefabricated houses. This thickness allows for quick installation while ensuring sufficient structural strength of the entire structure.
INTERNAL WALL THICKNESS: 6 cm
Internal partitions with a thickness of 6 centimetres are a lightweight and economical option for dividing the interior space. These thin walls maximise the usable area of the house while providing essential acoustic separation between rooms.
WALL PANEL SYSTEM: Printed panel
The construction uses a modern system of printed panels, which allows fast and precise installation of the entire building. Printed panels are prefabricated parts that ensure high quality workmanship, minimise construction waste and significantly reduce construction time.
ROOFING: Lacquered trapezoidal sheet metal
The roof covering consists of a painted trapezoidal sheet, which provides reliable protection against the weather. The lacquered finish ensures long-term corrosion and UV resistance, while the trapezoidal profile effectively drains rainwater.
ROOF INSULATION: 10 cm mineral wool
The thermal insulation of the roof is designed using 10 centimetres of mineral wool, which provides excellent thermal insulation properties and is also fireproof. This thickness of insulation ensures a comfortable indoor climate and contributes to the energy efficiency of the entire house.
ENTRANCE DOOR: Steel door
The entrance door is made of steel, which guarantees high safety and resistance to external influences. The steel construction provides long-term durability, reliable burglary protection and minimal maintenance requirements.
INNER DOOR: American panel doors
The interior spaces are fitted with American panel doors, which feature a distinctive design with embossed panels. These doors combine aesthetic appeal with practicality and are popular for their timeless style and easy maintenance.
WINDOWS: PVC double glazing (white)
Window fillings consist of PVC double-glazed windows in white colour, which ensures good thermal insulation properties and a modern appearance. Plastic windows are practical, easy to maintain and provide a reliable long-term weather seal.
WIRING: Recessed
The electrical wiring is designed as a recessed installation, which means that all cables and wires are hidden in the walls. This solution ensures an aesthetically clean interior appearance without visible wiring while providing safe and functional electrical wiring.
PLUMBING: Recessed
The water and sewage pipes are designed as recessed, i.e. hidden in the walls and floors. This concept allows for a clean interior appearance with no obtrusive pipes while providing easy access for potential repairs through inspection holes.
